Mini Vacation

WIth the house spotless and some seasick french people on their way to occupy it, Jen and I have to evacuate for a week.

While this may seem like a chore in itself, it is a welcome retreat from our retreat. We will be staying at the lovely Sirocco's apartments managed by a friend of mine. We have gotten an excellent deal and will be staying in our private studio with our own entrance, balcony for LouLou, kitchen, stand up shower, a TV and, my personal joie de vivre, an air conditioner! It has been so bloody hot lately that I can't stand myself sweating so much, that I get up in the middle of the night to take cold showers on a regular basis. A/C will be a welcome relief and this little vacation will be good for us to rest our tired backs and hands, recharge our batteries and take a mini vacation.

Next month, is sister month! Jen's sister is coming, my sister Michelle is coming, Aaron's sister Erica is coming, so we will have plenty more to report in a week or two!
