We're off!

Renters are coming, so we have a week to head out. We were originally set on Rhodes, but that is a 12 hour boat ride away and the boats are too few and didn't go on the days that would work for us. Things were complicated by a general ferry strike today, so very few boats are actually running today and our selections were quite limited. We have decided to see the rest of the Cycladic islands and see some of the sites around there. We are traveling the old fashioned backpacker way, no booked hotels, ferries or any set plan. We have a list of all the boats for the next few days and will take our pick of the lot.

First stop, Syros!

Then we have a excited little puppy to come back too!

We have been debating names for our little girl.
Khione - Goddess of Snow in Greek
Louloudi - Flower in Greek
Artemis - Goddess of the hunt
Petra
Sidra

Let us know any suggestions! We are going for something Greek and fun.
Yiassis!

Bon Voyage! There is so much to see in the Cycladic islands as well...fun to be so free! AND to come home to the new puppy! She has the sweetest face....Louloudi sounds nice, becoming Lulu I guess. Khione is beautiful, but probably only the Greek speaking friends can pronouce that right! lol
